This is an 8 week theme based mindfulness program. Each weekly theme builds on the one before, moving your inner enquiry deeper. Using movement of the body to explore the Self, you will note the connections between your body and your life. This leads to a deeper understanding of who you truly are. From this place of complete self-awareness, make and set goals, realign your life, health, and vitality, release unwanted patterns and live with intention.
The program consists of eight 2 hr sessions as well as a midweek 5 hr silent retreat. No yoga experience is necessary, however, a home practice is encouraged and supported for the duration of the program.
