Spring Forest Qigong is a simple and effective practice for creating health, happiness and longevity! Combining the use of breath, visualization, movement and sound, qigong empowers you in your own health and healing, raises your spiritual energy to a higher level and teaches you how to use your energy to support and heal yourself, and others. In Qigong all ‘dis-ease’ is viewed as simply an imbalance of energy, causing blockage. You will learn to “access the healer within”, gently transforming your energy on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
