I have been practicing Yoga for the last ten years. The benefits of Yoga are amazing! I love how it works your whole body and strengthens the core, legs and muscles. At the same time it relieving stress, boosts your immune system, clears your mind and improves your flexibility. I love that it also releases pressure in your spine and creates space between the ribs. Yoga helps me achieve my fitness goals. Learning how to breathe in and out woke up my mind, body and spirit while opening my heart. Breath work makes me feel powerful and has taught me to trust myself and be present in the here and now, clearing my mind of clutter.
