Active Flow Yoga

Active Flow Yoga is an energetic Hatha and Vinyasa inspired program which integrates breath and movement in a fluid sequence of poses such as sun salutations, warrior flows, and standing or balancing postures.

While largely focusing on strength and flexibility the most integral part of the program is an emphasis on all aspects of balance (whether physical, mental or spiritual).

This class is suitable for students with at least a basic understanding of the foundational asanas of yoga as well as those looking for a more dynamic and energetic program.
