For as long as time women have gathered together to share in ritual and support one another. It is through this social dynamic that we feel we will be accepted in all of our vulnerability, passion, resilience and intuition. This program is intended to honour this special bond.
The Body Mind Wisdom program is a therapeutic yoga program. We use the body as a means to explore all that we experience in this world. We’ll explore themes as we move our body, use concentrated breath practices, meditate and share our experiences in a compassionate sharing circle.
We will meet Thursday nights 7-9pm at Yoga By The Sea. Midway through the program on Thursday May 6th we will meet for an evening of silence. This silent evening is longer from 5-10 pm at a location TBD (depends on COVID space restrictions in place at this time). This is an integral part of the program.
