Chair Yoga

Accessible to everyone, most suitable for those with Osteo-porosis/arthritis, joint replacement, recovering from surgeries, injury, obesity. Experience increased balance, range of motion and cardiovascular benefits of postures and breath work, all while sitting and/or standing with a wall and chair. Nicola has nearly 25 years adapting to the unique needs of every individual, those who can easily do without a chair to learn better alignment, depth and endurance.
