Come and join Denise as “we start by being what you are doing it for” and use a sequential series of yoga techniques to effortlessly and spontaneously shift into a restful, relaxed and tranquil state.
We incorporate the light movement, deliberate deep stretching and intention setting of yoga nidra and add focused meditation along with breathing techniques to disrupt our reactive mental and emotional patterns creating a balancing impact in the entire chakra and nervous system.
Aiming for strengthening and opening for an aligned, harmonious connection to the world around us integrating “what is” on and off the mat and creating a profound inner stillness and evenness of mind.
