Pilates for Your Fascia

Using the fundamental movements and principles of the Classical Pilates method, this class also integrates a series of fascia release exercises into the method. Systematic breathing techniques will increase circulation, stimulate muscle flexibility and help to decompress the spine.

Various props and supports are provided to aid the body through mini exercises to help release muscle tension, promote new neuromuscular patterns, increase your body awareness to take with you in daily life.
