Join Japa in this practice dedicated to healing, recovery, and rest. Explore the pathway to calm through gentle breath and movement followed by restorative forms. Experience the therapeutic benefits of calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and resting the body while staying present to sensation as tension is released.
We finish the class with a half an hour Yoga Nidra that allows you to leave the body behind entirely.
You will leave the session with accessible take home practices for self-care and nourishment of the body, mind and soul.
