Soul Stir Yoga will support your journey inward, offering 75 minutes to explore the you that you really are. The slow, intentional pacing allows you to truly feel your own body at the moment, and align with what your body is communicating. The class is light-spirited and fun, and at the same time meditative and soulful.  Music accompanies the journey to support a blissful journey out of the mind and into the present moment.
