Connecting with your body, connecting body and mind, self-regulation and co-regulation are some themes that will be explored through the lens of Recovery and Trauma in this 6 Week Series. You will learn and practice applicable tools that will support you in healing and daily living. A registered series allows us to create a container of safe and brave space.
Facilitator Lori Edwards brings a unique combination of experience including a career in Mental Health and Addictions, specialized education in Trauma and Trauma Sensitive Therapy, and Lived Experience with Trauma and Addictions. Previous clients and students have noted that Lori brings a compassionate presence and a spark of humour to her classes.
You will find this practice to be both gentle and powerful, subtle and empowering.
No yoga experience required.
