This slow, Vinyasa inspired flow emphasizes matching breath with movement to create a strong, well-rounded practice, moving through sun salutations on our way to settling into longer held postures. This moving meditation will help you build strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded and peaceful, energized and connected.
Suitable for adventurous beginners with some experience who are familiar with the foundational asanas of yoga as well as intermediate students looking for a lighter practice that is balanced and fun. Come prepared to move and (possibly) sweat.
