Join us for our Karma CommUnity Yoga Class on Friday evenings. Bridge your workweek to your weekend with a variety of different classes from Hatha Flow to Kundalini. Teachers will bring their presence to the mat for a good cause! This class is by donation and benefits our local Food Bank.

Wednesday 9-10 am with Moksha (ZOOM Option)

A focused flowing practice that coordinates breath and movement to create vibrant physical, mental and spiritual wellness. We will focus on postures that support proper alignment, breathing practices that strengthen abdominal and back muscles, as well as the diaphragm and pelvic floor. Core strength, stretching, balancing, joint flexibility… all are addressed in these sequence practices.
