Flip Your Perspective with Phaedra

Do you want to add a little “play” back into your yoga practice? Why not sneak in a little handstand during downward dog? Or perhaps sneak in a headstand during your wide leg forward fold? Sound complicated? Lets change that!

In this 3 hour work shop, we will deconstruct some “seemingly” challenging poses, and approach each pose with the respect it deserves. There will be some partnering and we will be using a lot of props to help you feel supported in your journey. This journey will be different for everyone, some of you want to fine tune inversions or arm balances you already do, and some of you just want to try it for the first time.

Bring a bottle of water, socks, and a towel.
