In this therapeutic yoga practice, we begin to develop awareness through guided exploration of movement, breath and sensation of the subtle body.
The sequence of movement inquiries will reveal insights into ways of self-healing or restoration by simply observing (in a non-judgemental manner) our physical movements, the associated sensation and our subsequent thoughts or reflections.
SAY is very gentle, meditative and pleasurable – yet it is profoundly effective as an educator and as a method of improving our physical function, both in our regular practice of yoga and in our life off the mat.
This practice is accessible to all – all levels of yoga experience, all ages, and the full spectrum of health and physical ability.
Saturday, January 13th, 1:00 – 3:30pm
