Leah first came to yoga as most do — with an intent of physical fitness. After completing her first teacher training in 2007, she was transformed into bringing yoga into all parts of her life. She believes in the power of a personal practice and the applications of yoga at an individual level. Her practice has helped her through many life changes — two children, post-partum depression, big moves — and keeps her grounded and accepting. She started her training in yoga therapy in 2015 and has a passion for working with people and their specific needs.
Leah lives and teaches from an authentic place. She supports students to feel strong in their bodies and access their inner wisdom through a balance of knowledge, movement, play, and deep connection.
