Equinox Sound Journey @ Yoga by the Sea

Reconnect with your natural state of being.

Experience a moment away from the external stimulus of the day.

Relax and dive deep into the soothing sounds of deep didgeridoos, quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, vocals, guitar and more!

This is an event to lie down comfortably on a mat with a warm blanket and relax into the sound frequencies.

Bring your own mat and blanket or whatever you like to be comfortable.

Duration is approximately 90 min.

Cost by pay what you can. (recommended $20- $35 dollars)

Doors at 5:15 pm

Come early to claim your spot, and get comfortable.

Doors will close at 5:30pm, journey begins at 5:35pm. We start on time.

Approximate Schedule:

5:15pm pm – Welcome, settle in and get cozy

5:30 pm – Doors close

5:35 pm – Group Sound Journey

6:40 pm – Crystal Singing Pyramid

6:50 pm – Silent integration time

7:00 pm – Closing

Please note that this is not a performance. The sounds & rhythms that will be played in the moment are not rehearsed in any way. The intention with this is to free the mind from thought & allow the sound to create itself with the energy in the room.
