Autumn Equinox Sound Journey @ Yoga by the Sea
September 21st, 7pm – 9pm 

We are very excited to share this seasonal sound journey event with you.   This will be our last sound journey together for a little while as we will be welcoming a new addition to our family in late October.  We hope that you can join us to celebrate the transition into Autumn together.

Reconnect with your natural state of being.
Experience a moment away from the external stimulus of the day.

Relax and dive deep into the soothing sounds of deep didgeridoos, quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, vocals, guitar and more!

This is an event to cozy up comfortably on a mat with a pillow and a warm blanket and relax into the sound frequencies.

Duration is approximately 120 min.

Cost is sliding scale – $20- $35 
We encourage you to pay in advance to secure your space.

Come early to claim your spot, and get comfortable.

Doors will close at 7 pm, journey begins at 7:05 pm. We start on time.

Approximate Schedule:
6:45pm – Welcome, settle in and get cozy
7 pm – Doors close
7:05 pm – Group Sound Journey
8:45pm – Crystal Singing Pyramid
8:55 pm – Silent integration time
9 pm – Closing

Note that this is not a performance. The sounds & rhythms that will be played in the moment are not rehearsed in any way. The intention with this is to free the mind from thought & allow the sound to create itself with the energy in the room.
