From Stress to Ease: 9‑Week Somatic Reset for Stress & Life Transitions is a small, therapeutic‑style group for people who are functioning on the outside but tired, overwhelmed, or untethered on the inside. Over eight weeks you’ll learn practical, body‑based tools to recognize your early signs of stress, calm and regulate your nervous system, set clearer boundaries, and make decisions that feel more aligned with your deeper truth. Through guided movement, breath, reflection, a take‑home guidebook, recordings to support you between sessions, and a 5‑hour silent retreat, you’ll build skills you can return to long after the program ends. The group format adds something one‑to‑one work cannot: being safely witnessed by others, realizing you are not alone, and learning from each other’s insights, which many participants describe as profoundly validating and life‑changing.

Starting April 9th, on Thursday nights from 7-9pm.
