π Heart Circles are potent and transformative healing spaces where chanting, community, and connection become the instruments of deep transformation.
This workshop features a facilitated kirtan journey designed to foster a felt sense of safety and connection. From this place of nourishment, individuals are invited to sit in the center of the circle, where they will be sung to by the group.
As the circle sings kirtan and holds a collective intention of loving awareness, unresolved wounds may surface, ready to be held and healed by the groupβs supportive energy. Each person in the center is ideated upon as the pure embodiment of loving awareness, receiving the group’s focused love and intention.
The Heart Circle will last for two hours, with space for 4-5 individuals to experience the center of the circle. Whether you are giving or receiving, this process offers profound nourishment. While one person sits in the center, the entire group is enveloped in a powerful healing field, benefiting everyone present.
π How to prepare:
Heart Circle offers the potential for profound transformation. I invite you to reflect on any unresolved parts of yourself or areas where you long for healing that you may want to bring into this intentional space.
