Program Overview
Purpose in Motion is a four-week experiential series designed to help participants
reconnect with themselves, cultivate emotional steadiness, and move forward
with clarity and intention. Through grounding practices, guided reflection, and
practical tools, each session supports personal growth in a calm, supportive
environment.
Program Outline
4-Session Summer Series • 1.5 hours each
Session 1 — Grounding Into Yourself
Theme: Self-awareness, inner steadiness, reconnecting with your strengths
Focus Areas:
- Gentle grounding practice
- Identifying personal values
- Understanding your current season of life
- Building confidence through clarity
Outcome: Participants leave feeling centered, aware, and connected to their
inner direction.
Session 2 — Emotional Intelligence & Calm Communication
Theme: Responding rather than reacting
Focus Areas:
- Emotional awareness andnregulation
- Calm communication tools
- Understanding triggers and patterns
- Practicing supportive dialogue
Outcome: Participants gain tools to communicate
with more ease, confidence, and emotional steadiness.
Session 3 — Purpose, Direction & Personal Momentum
Theme: Moving forward with intention
Focus Areas:
- Exploring personal purpose
- Recognizing strengths and motivators
- Releasing stuck energy
- Creating small, meaningful next steps
Outcome: Participants feel clearer about where
they’re heading and how to take aligned action.
Session 4 — Integration, Reflection & Real-World Application
Theme: Bringing it all together
Focus Areas:
- Guided reflection
- Integrating insights from all four sessions
- Building a personal “purpose plan”
- Celebrating growth and next steps
Outcome: Participants leave with a grounded sense of
direction and a personalized plan they can carry forward.
