Revitalize: breathwork for the soul is designed to prepare your body for solstice activation.
Moving from the intentions, actions and growth energy of Spring, the Summer Solstice offers the opportunity to move inward and see in the full light of the sun how far we have come. Reflect on your growth, see what needs nourishing, and get curious about how you can harness the power of the sun to continue to grow in alignment with your values through summer to the fall.
What to expect:
Movement will open up the energy pathways and bring a relaxed ease in preparation for the breathwork journey. The movement practice will be a mix of yoga asana, fascia release, tapping and shaking.
HeartBreath techniques will offer you the portal to deep transformation. I create a safe and brave place to witness the experiences that are held in your body and psyche. Subconscious tensions—memories—are stored in the tissues of the body and you are given the opportunity to release them through exhalations and body movement.
The session is infused with Pranic Healing and therapeutic touch guided by Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy to enhance your experience.

Yoga mat (2 if you prefer more cushioning)
Blanket + pillow for neck support
