About the Offering
Discover inner calm through the ancient Tibetan Bön tradition.
In this immersive weekend, Geshe-la teaches a special method of using sound for healing and spiritual development through sacred mantras. You will also learn to play ritual Tibetan instruments such as singing bowls, drums, and bells.
This program is open to all spiritual paths and levels of experience with breathwork, yoga, or meditation. Teaching includes a balanced blend of lecture, practice, and informal conversation.
What You’ll Learn
Geshe-la shares powerful mantra practices including:
- The Wisdom Loving Mother mantra (cultivating compassion and wisdom)
- Five warrior seed syllables to open the five chakras
- Ancient Bön Healing Mantra to remove obstacles (external, internal, and secret)
- Song of the Five Elements to restore balance and energy
- Purification of Body, Speech, and Mind
These teachings support deep energetic alignment, healing, and spiritual development.

About Lama Geshe YongDong
Geshe YongDong Losar is a Bön lama in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, with a Geshe degree (equivalent to a PhD). He trained at Nangzhig Bönpo Monastery in Tibet and later continued his studies in India and Nepal.
Now based in British Columbia, he founded the Sherab Chamma Ling Tibetan Bön Buddhist Society and teaches internationally, sharing ancient wisdom practices rooted in the Himalayan tradition.
