Each 3‑hour session offers simple, body‑based practices you can actually use in the middle of your real life, not just on the mat.

1. Somatic Tools for Everyday Stress

February 7th, 1-4pm

Learn gentle, accessible practices to reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and move through your day with more steadiness and ease. This workshop is perfect if you want practical tools to feel more present and resourced in the middle of ordinary life.

2. Somatic Tools for Overwhelm & Anxiety

March 8th, 1-4pm

When your system is in overdrive, thinking harder doesn’t help. In this workshop you’ll explore grounding, breath, and movement practices designed to meet overwhelm and anxiety in the body, so you can soften spirals, come back to yourself, and respond with more choice.

3. Somatic Tools for Anger & Frustration

April 4th, 1-4pm

Anger is powerful information, but many of us only know how to explode or shut it down. This workshop offers a safe space to feel and work with anger in the body, release some of its charge, and begin transforming that fiery energy into clearer boundaries and aligned action.

You do not need prior yoga or meditation experience. Movements are simple and adaptable; everything is invitational and paced with care. Each class includes movement, breathwork, meditation and a gentle optional sharing circle

facilitated by Melissa Lyons, a therapeutic guide who blends yoga therapy, somatics, psychology‑informed inquiry, and life mentoring, to improve the wellbeing of her clients. Her “life-changing” programs have left clients feeling more self-awareness, more connected to truth and with concrete actions they can apply daily.
