With Hasu Marney Coulter
Nourish, cool, and harmonize body, mind, and energy
Summer brings light, heat, and outward energy and without the right support, it can tip us into fatigue, dehydration, and irritability. In this practical, experience-based workshop, you’ll learn how to work with the season rather than against it, using both yoga and Ayurvedic tools you can apply immediately in your daily life.
We’ll begin by understanding how the fire element (Pitta in Ayurveda) shows up in the body through digestion, metabolism, and mental intensity and how excess heat can disrupt balance. From there, we shift into simple, effective ways to regulate and restore.
Together, we’ll explore:
- A cooling, grounding yoga asana practice to release excess heat and tension
- Breathwork (pranayama) techniques to calm the nervous system , regulate heat and restore balance and steady the mind
- Everyday Seasonal Ayurvedic rituals—hydration habits, food choices, and daily rhythms that support digestion and energy without overload
- Ways to maintain clarity, focus, and vitality to support harmony
You’ll leave with tangible practices you can integrate right away. The offering is simple to help you stay cool, to slow down, listen inward, and align with the intelligence of the season so you can move through summer feeling balanced, clear, and deeply nourished.
