with Lyne Lantaigne
Qigong, rooted in the ancient practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a practice that revolves around the cultivation and harmonization of vital energy, known as qi or chi. Through gentle, standing and seated flowing movements, breathwork, meditation and visualization techniques, Qigong seeks to balance the body’s energy flow along meridians and channels, promoting internal harmony, relaxation, and longevity. We cultivate connection within ourselves to grow our capacity for relating to everything around us.
It is accessible to everyone and suitable for all ages and physical abilities.
Note: Lyne is currently completing her 200 hour Traditional Qigong Teacher Training, and looks forward to sharing fundamental principles, and some of the forms and flows of Qigong that will assist you in developing more embodied awareness.
