This therapeutic class integrates asana and mindfulness for a well rounded practice. Cultivate a deep attunement to your physical body as we move through poses focusing on core strength, alignment, fascia & joint mobility and overall steadiness. You will  discover and connect with the subtle energy body and learn ways to release stress so that you  leave class  with a  sense of rejuvenation!
