Be Well, Breathe Well

A conscious breathing experience, practiced laying on your back in comfort.
This rhythmic breath tool and elegant healing modality is an access point for the safe integration of potential physical, emotional, and mental traumas.

When we breathe well, we become well.

We will greet one another in circle to discuss the physiology of respiration and the benefits of this practice.

A peaceful and important rest will follow the session.

You will be guided through the entire session and breathing in a particular way for 35-45 mins.

You can expect loud (ish) music, hands on guidance (with your permission), and a highly oxygenated body system as you leave.

Tea and snacks will be provided at the end to aid in grounding and some partner sharing will take place as you choose.

All levels truly welcome.
If you have any recent injuries that may affect your breathing capacity, please let me know.

Wear comfy clothing, bring water and bring anything with you to support you laying on your back and sitting on the floor. (studio props available for your use).
