Spring Forest Qigong is a simple and effective practice for creating health, happiness and longevity! Easy to learn, it can be done sitting, standing or lying down.

In Qigong all ‘dis-ease’ is viewed as simply an imbalance of energy, causing blockage. Using breath, visualization, movement and sound you will “access the healer within”, gently transforming your energy on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Spring Forest Qigong empowers you in your own health and healing, consistently raises your spiritual energy to a higher level and teaches you how to use your energy to support and heal yourself and others.
