Ashley: Ashley Cornelson

I am a yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and a deep respect for yoga as a grounding, supportive, and lifelong journey. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga by the Sea, where I strengthened my commitment to teaching with care, clarity, and intention.

My classes focus on mindful alignment and conscious breath, creating a space where students can feel safe, supported, and connected to their bodies. I aim to offer practices that encourage stability, awareness, and ease—meeting each student where they are and honoring the uniqueness of every body. My goal is for students to leave class feeling more grounded, balanced, and at home within themselves.
